Regarding Applications and Consultation Meetings
How can I participate in a consultation meeting?

A dedicated wedding planner will contact you shortly.
When are the regular dates for consultation meetings?
Consultation meetings are available on both weekdays and weekends.
Since we have an office in Hong Kong, we recommend offline consultations,
as they allow us to provide better deals and more detailed explanations.
We also offer online consultation services, so feel free to request them.
Can you provide a quotation?
The details of the estimates vary depending on the venue and the plan,
so we will explain them to you directly.

Could you tell me about the payment methods?
Upon signing the contract, a fee of 10,000 HKD (200,000 JPY) is required as a contract fee.
One month later, a deposit of 20,000 HKD (400,000 JPY) will be due.
The remaining balance must be paid one month before the reception.
Both the contract fee and deposit are included in the total plan cost.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.
Is it possible to change the schedule?
Changes can be made as long as they are within the specified period.
However, fees may apply depending on the regulations.

Regarding the Ceremony and Reception
How many days of stay are required at the location?
The day before the wedding, we will conduct a hair and makeup rehearsal, a dress fitting,
and a final meeting at the venue.
Please arrange to stay near the venue from the day before to the day of the wedding.
Is it allowed to bring your own wedding items?
Generally, you are allowed to bring your own items, so please rest assured.
However, there may be cases where items cannot be brought in due to regulations.

Can you assist with hotel arrangements?
If your wedding venue is in a hotel, we can arrange for you to stay there.
If the venue is not in a hotel, we will recommend nearby hotels for your convenience.
I would like to know the meeting and preparation process.
Meetings will begin six months prior to the wedding.
Through offline meetings, online sessions, or WhatsApp, you will decide on items with a dedicated wedding planner.

What should I do if a flight cancellation prevents me from making it to the reception date?
If a flight cancellation forces you to postpone the reception,
we offer a compensation service that covers costs such as reissuing flight tickets and reordering reception items at no additional expense.
