(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) fully recognizes its societal responsibility to maintain confidentiality and protect personal information it handles in the course of its operations. The Company declares that it will protect individual rights, comply with information-related regulations, remain attentive to changes in societal demands and business environments, and continuously strive to improve confidentiality and personal information protection.

1. The Company ensures that its designated managers handle personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”) appropriately.

2. When collecting Personal Information from customers, the Company will notify customers of the purpose of collection, its point of contact, and the scope of any information-sharing with third parties. Personal Information will be collected to the extent necessary. In some cases, the Company may delegate part of its operations to partner companies to fulfill the purpose of venue use agreements. In such cases, the Company will enter into confidentiality agreements with partner companies and supervise them appropriately.

3. The Company appropriately manages Personal Information collected from customers and will not provide or disclose it to third parties without prior consent from the customer.

4. If Personal Information is shared with third parties based on customer consent under Section 3, the Company will impose contractual obligations to prevent leakage or further distribution of Personal Information and will implement proper management practices.

5. The Company may send information about services deemed beneficial to customers or products and services from partner companies via email. Customers may request the Company to stop sending such emails.

6. If customers wish to inquire about, correct, or modify their Personal Information, the Company will promptly respond within a reasonable scope upon contact through its designated point of contact.

7. The Company will comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding the Personal Information it holds and will periodically review and improve its practices as outlined above.

本公司設有專責管理人員對客戶個人相關信息(以下稱「個人信息」)進行適當管理。

當本公司需收集客戶的個人信息時,會提前告知收集目的、本公司聯絡窗口及本公司可能提供客戶個人信息的範圍,並僅在必要範圍內收集個人信息。此外,為達成場地使用合同的目的,本公司可能將部分業務委託給合作企業。在此情況下,將與合作企業簽訂保密協議並進行適當監督。

本公司可能會向客戶通過電子郵件發送認為有益的服務信息,或合作企業的產品及服務信息。如客戶要求,本公司將立即停止此類電子郵件的發送。

客戶如需查詢、修改其個人信息,可聯絡本公司的窗口,本公司將在合理範圍內迅速處理。

本公司遵守適用於所持個人信息的相關法律法規,並將適時檢視上述各項措施,持續改進保護個人信息的政策與實踐。
